Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any eligible product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Products without original packaging.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank as processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via email.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.
