1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
- Only products that are different from your order or defective/damaged are eligible.
- You must provide a video showing the parcel from receiving to opening.

- We will review the video before proceeding with exchange or refund.
2. Returning the Product
- After approval, return the product to us.
- Share the tracking ID immediately after shipping for smooth processing.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after we receive and verify the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within a few business days.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Process
- Exchanges are processed after verifying the returned product.
- You will receive the same product or a similar item if the original is unavailable.
5. Important Notes
- Return products must be in original condition and packaging.
- Non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable products, certain personal care items.
- Sale or heavily discounted items may not be eligible for refunds.
- Using a trackable shipping service is recommended, especially for high-value items.
